Wall sit targets your hamstrings, quads, and Glutes

You can do a wall sit at home the only thing you will need is a wall of course. Reasons, why you should do a wall sit, is that it’s good for the lower body it’s going to be hard when you first start doing them but over time you will get better and do it for much longer. And you will also burn calories.

On one of my YouTube videos which I will share them with you. On that video I did a wall sit for 5 minutes straight at first it was hard. I believe I did it on the first try but my phone camera stopped recording…
